Similar to the anime, Vegito does not appear in the game until the Buu Saga, so players will have to play through the Saiyan Saga, Frieza Saga, and Androids/Cell Saga to get to the Majin Buu Saga. Unlike Vegito, Gogeta is not playable in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot just yet, so players will have to rely on Vegito for now. However, Vegito is not the only fusion they also have another fusion form known as Gogeta, which is arguably a bit less powerful than Vegito. How to Play as Vegito in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarotīoth Goku and Vegeta fuse together with a dance to create a powerful fusion form. Players also get the opportunity to play as one of Goku and Vegeta’s powerful fusion, Vegito, as well. The game has several playable characters, along with the series’ main protagonist, Goku. The game gives players the ability to dive right into the Dragon Ball Z world and play through most of the anime story while meeting/fighting some of the iconic characters from the series. He has also been known as "Vegetto" or in the case of the English manga translation, Vegerot, using the English names Vegeta and Kakarot, Goku's original Saiyan name.Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is out now, and so far, the game has received mostly positive reviews from both critics and fans alike. Vegito's name is taken from the Japanese names Vegeta and Kakarotto. Vegito retains all of Goku and Vegeta's skills along with a few new ones like the Spirit Sword, a blade made of energy that he uses to impale Buu with and the Banshee Blast, a five-fingered barrage of energy that is used to attack Buu's Super Ghosts from Gotenks' Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack. Vegito's arrogant nature is thought to be from Vegeta's attitude, but it's blantantly obvious that Vegito cares about his friends and family, after he is taken inside Buu's body. He also has Vegeta's widow's peak along with a stream of hair similar to Goku's hair. His clothing is similar to Goku's training outfit, though with the colors reversed, and he is equipped with Vegeta's gloves from his Saiyan armor. Vegito's appearance is a close mix of both Goku and Vegeta's appearance. Once the barrier is let down, Vegito defuses back into Goku and Vegeta. Thanks to a barrier formed by Vegito, he is not absorbed into a pod like the others. It isn't until Vegito appears inside Buu that it is revealed that it was all a plan by Vegito to rescue Piccolo, Goten, Trunks, and Gohan. Vegito continues to attack Buu, until Buu steathily uses his chopped-off antennae to absorb Vegito. Annoyed by Vegito's arrogance and skill, Buu changes Vegito back to normal. Despite his form, Vegito retains all of his physical strength and control, beating Buu down further with intense speed. Eventually beginning to toy with Buu, Buu uses his magic to transform Vegito into a piece of candy. Super Vegito overwhelms Buu with power, beating the monster to a pulp. Super Vegito is statistically the most powerful character in the Dragon Ball Z storyline. Once Buu decides to use his absolute power, Vegito turns into a Super Saiyan. Vegito is incredibly powerful upon his original appearance, beating Buu easily. Together, Goku and Vegeta fuse to become the fighter Vegito. Despite his pride, Vegeta, to save his only son, agrees to the fusion. ![]() After considering Dende and Hercule, Vegeta suddenly appears to fight Buu once more, after being given a chance to return to Earth by King Yema. Though he possesses the Potara Earrings he received from the Elder Kai, Goku lacked an ally to fuse. When Majin Buu is released and gains the power of Piccolo, Goten, Trunks, and Gohan, Goku finds himself outmatched as is. ![]()
